Prices shown are correct at the time of posting however we reserve the right to change without notice. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, postage will be added automatically to the final order. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Deliveries will normally be despatched within 48 hours or alternatively you will be advised of any delay. Payment can be made on line by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of despatch. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect good before signing from the carrier.
If goods are signed for it is assumed that the goods have been received in good condition. We will request your name, address and postcode to enable us to provide you with an efficient service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties. All goods supplied carry the manufacturers normal warranties, unless stated otherwise and are only covered for the intended and stated usage. We do operate a returns policy that in the event of the item being of incorrect size, colour etc we will accept the product back, at our discretion, and exchange for full credit as long as it is returned to ourselves at the customers expense and it is in as new, unused and saleable condition. All goods supplied remain the property of Joel Enterprises until payment is received in full and we reserve the right to charge 5% over the Bank base rate on overdue accounts. Credit accounts can be set up for Schools, Centres, Local Authorities etc. contact Joel Enteprises for more details. NOTHING IN THE ABOVE GUARANTEE AFFECTS THE CUSTOMERS NORMAL, STATUTORY, LEGAL RIGHTS
Reciprocal Link Terms "If any link/reciprocal link is ever required by any business/organisation/individual (hereafter known as "aforementioned") when Joel Enterprises advertises/links with any of the aforementioned, this will not be charged for by Joel Enterprises unless a charge is levied by the aforementioned.
If a charge is levied against Joel Enterprises or it's proprietors, the reciprocal charge made by Joel Enterprises will be the exact same amount that is charged by the aforementioned.
Any further charges relating to charges made by the aforementioned will also constitute part of the original charge and will also be included in the reciprocal charge made by Joel Enterprises. These terms shall be deemed to supersede all other agreements/acceptances, whether by written letter or otherwise.
These terms are non negotiable and constitute a legally binding agreement in all countries between Joel Enterprises/the proprietors of Joel Enterprises and the aforementioned."
