Shipping & Returns

Either a fixed admin charge or a per item charge is added to each order so whether you order a nose-clip or a number of kayaks the same fixed charge applies which covers credit card and post on smaller orders.

Bulky and awkward items such as touring kayaks and open canoes are very expensive to transport by Carrier and consequently we have had to add a "carriage supplement" charge to some items. This charge is added to the fixed charge above to part cover the cost of transport.

The cost supplement listed cover most deliveries but we reserve the right to advise and ammend the charge if the location given for delivery incurs additional Carrier Costs. (In some instances the charge supplement will be reduced if it lies within reach of our normal transport routes.)
