Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped by Royal Mail or Parcel Force and will need to be signed for.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as part postage costs.
Larger items such as Canoes and Kayaks will be subject to an additional charge depending on size, weight and distance to delivery address.
We do operate a returns policy that in the event of the item being of incorrect size, colour etc we will accept the product back, at our discretion, and exchange for full credit as long as it is returned to ourselves at the customers expense and it is in as new, unused and saleable condition.
